The challenge:
UBS wanted to celebrate its 150th anniversary with long-standing clients and thank them in a series of events held in Switzerland and round the world. We were asked to develop an overall concept that would, visually and in terms of content, convey UBS’s core values, meet its international standards and be easily adaptable to different local markets.

Our approach:
A series of 10 gala evenings in selected Swiss cities was followed by 15 events across the globe. Comprehensive event guidelines ensured consistent execution at every location. A total of three event sets (Europe, USA, Asia) were produced and implemented for the worldwide events. Our organisation team consisted of ten people from all levels of the company. Regular daily meetings were held with suppliers and the client to ensure that everything needed for the events was provided.
